Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure & Cyber Delivery Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives for a leading retail client. The ideal candidate will have deep delivery experience, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, and proven success implementing Zero Trust frameworks.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business goals, while leading cross-functional technical teams to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of complex Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects within a large retail environment.

Drive Zero Trust security architecture implementation across enterprise systems.

Ensure all initiatives align with ITIL best practices, compliance, and governance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Security, Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud teams.

Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively.

Provide leadership and direction to technical delivery teams, ensuring accountability and excellence.

Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party delivery performance.

ITIL certified (v3 or v4 preferred) Proven Infrastructure and Cybersecurity project delivery experience Hands-on experience with Zero Trust frameworks (Identity, MFA, Network Segmentation, Endpoint Security, etc.) Strong background in Project and Delivery Management in enterprise-scale environments Experience leading technical and cross-functional teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Retail or large enterprise sector experience preferred
