M&E Design Engineer

Working on projects across the private & public sectors and with m&e contractors, main contractors, developers and investors, duties will include;

• Develop M&E system designs from concept through to construction
• Prepare concept, preliminary, and construction issue plans and documents
• Undertake and review electrical load calculations, lighting designs, cable sizing, and other technical building system calculations.
• Prepare lists of services, requirements, and bills of quantities.
• Guarantee that designs adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and statutory legislation.
• Ensure designs meet user requirements for cost and time

Do you have experience in Revit?, * Ideally educated to degree level in a related discipline with at least 1 years' experience in a related role

• Confident user of AutoCAD / Revit (albeit training provided)
