Senior Developer, Team Lead Developer

We are looking for a talented Senior or Lead Developer ready to take the next step in their career. Developing secure, scalable back-end systems using technologies such as PHP or Node.js.

Creating efficient, maintainable front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Angular).

Reviewing code, sharing knowledge, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Managing multiple development projects and balance priorities effectively.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

Experienced web developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience.

Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.

Skilled in building bespoke WordPress themes and plugins.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

Adept at troubleshooting, problem solving, and finding creative technical solutions.

Confident communicator and natural mentor who enjoys helping others progress.

Able to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
