Solution Architect

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a leading financial services client on a 6-month initial contract, working within the technology and digital transformation side of property management and real estate.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across PropTech, Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), and smart building technologies-driving innovation, connectivity, and efficiency across a complex property estate., * Design and deliver scalable, cloud-based architecture solutions (AWS / Azure) supporting property and facilities management systems.

• Define and document solution blueprints for IWMS, IoT, and smart building integrations.
• Lead the technical design and integration of real estate systems, data platforms, and IoT devices to enable intelligent, connected workplaces.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, governance standards, and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with delivery and business teams to translate architectural vision into tangible, high-quality technical solutions.
• Contribute to the real estate technology roadmap, architecture standards, and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within financial services, real estate, facilities management, or PropTech environments.
• Strong knowledge of IWMS platforms (e.g., Planon, Archibus, Tririga, etc.).
• Experience designing and integrating IoT and smart building technologies.
• Deep understanding of cloud architectures on AWS and/or Azure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid model (3 days on-site in Sheffield).
• Must be engaged inside IR35.
