Job description

  • Support IT operations across the business, including:
  • System setup for new starters (onboarding) and system access removal (offboarding)
  • Basic hardware setup and troubleshooting (e.g., setting up PCs, user access, permissions)
  • Assisting with CRM queries, updates, and data maintenance
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal IT and systems-related queries
  • Manage facilities and general office admin tasks, including:
  • Supplies, orders, and general office upkeep
  • Post and courier management
  • Assist with data processing, reports, and spreadsheet tasks
  • Work with the wider operations team on process improvement and internal projects
  • Knowledge of Compliance - important

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail
  • A problem solver who can think independently and show initiative
