Requirements
As a senior, you'll actively mentor and coach less experienced teammates, helping them grow into senior roles. You'll champion high standards, drive continuous improvement, and optimise team performance through a strong CI/CD culture. With excellent communication skills, you'll work alongside other seniors to lead architectural and technical design initiatives and share these with the wider team during refinement sessions.
