Job description
We are seeking a Security Operations Centre Operator to join a dedicated security team. This role involves triaging security reports, coordinating emergency responses, validating alarms, and monitoring security risks across multiple locations. You will be part of a dynamic team ensuring the safety and security of people and assets. This role is on a temporary basis, starting immediately., * Monitor security alarms across multiple locations and dispatch personnel as needed.
- Coordinate incident response and liaise with site contacts and emergency services.
- Assist with CCTV video requests and provide timely updates.
- Document and escalate incidents to management as required.
- Produce risk assessments for new locations, high-risk travel, or operational changes.
- Collaborate with SOC team members to maintain coverage and operational standards.
- Support troubleshooting and escalation of access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in Security Operations / call centre.
- Working knowledge of access control, surveillance, and security systems.
- Familiarity with crisis management, disaster response, and emergency protocols.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Self-directed and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Power Automate/BI).
