• Lead the implementation of related solutions for customers
• Assist in scoping and design workshops to understand customer challenges and propose solutions
• Write pre and post-delivery documents including statements of works
• Work closely with our project management team, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
• Diagnose and fix technical challenges for our customers

• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft cloud security tools
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Strong decision-making and relationship-building skills
• Microsoft certifications such as Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC400), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), and Administrator Expert (MS-102) are highly desirable Curious?
