Job description
- Drive data-led innovation with AI / ML, including recommendation systems and personalization features
- Collaborate with business leaders, non-tech stakeholders, and investors to align tech direction with company strategy
- Balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and mentoring
- Own customer experience across web, mobile and backend integrations

Strong back-end focus with full-stack engineering experience

Data-obsessed with proven experience in AI / ML or strong interest in applied machine learning
