3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Defence

Experience in IT support or infrastructure engineering ideally within an IT MSP, Defence, Telecoms

• Skills supporting tools and tech such as - Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SAN or NAS, Disaster recovery etc
• Experience serving as an escalation point for complex support tickets
• Experience installing / supporting firewalls, anti-virus and other security related products and services
• Can work cross departmentally with Network and SOC teams to solve complex issues for end - users
• Strong communicator and experienced working directly with customers on support tickets
