Junior Software Engineer

As a Fullstack Software Developer, you'll take ownership of the development and maintenance of their flagship GenAI tooling. This is a unique opportunity to lead technical decisions, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and build solutions that redefine how legal professionals work.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Technical tasks: Developing and maintaining AI-driven document automation and translation software using multiple technologies such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Azure to name a few.
• Other key responsibilities: Spinning up proofs of concept, integrating new features, and working alongside multiple teams. Stakeholder engagement is crucial-you'll be at the heart of both technical and business conversations.

The successful Fullstack Software Developer will have the following skills and experience:

• 1+ years of commercial software development experience.
• A degree in a STEM field, preferably Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in professional services, startups, or recognizable tech companies is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
• Hybrid work: 3 days in the London office with 2 days remote.
