Job description
The CRM Manager will be responsible for enhancing how all our customer-facing teams use HubSpot, driving significant efficiencies, and integrating new processes to streamline and automate operations using AI.
- Strategic HubSpot Management: Be the in-house expert for HubSpot, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our teams.
- Process Optimisation & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual tasks, and build new processes within HubSpot.
- AI Implementation: Explore and implement AI solutions to automate routine tasks, personalise interactions, and provide valuable insights.
- Technical Expertise & Support: Act as the main technical resource for HubSpot, handling troubleshooting, configuration, and data integrity.
- Training & Reporting: Develop training programs for users and create dashboards to track key CRM metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, integrations, and CRM best practices, particularly in AI and automation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, * Proven CRM Experience: 2-5 years of experience managing and optimising a CRM platform, with HubSpot experience being a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM administration, including custom objects, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Efficiency-Driven Mindset: A track record of using a CRM to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
- AI/Automation Acumen: Practical experience or a strong understanding of how AI can be applied within a CRM.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Adept at analysing data and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Autonomous & Proactive: A self-motivated individual who can independently solve problems, identify needs, and drive projects from start to finish.
- Agile & Adaptable: Comfortable working in an agile environment, embracing iteration and adapting to evolving requirements.
