8+ years Full Stack experience - React, TypeScript, Node.js (flexible for the right candidate)
Cloud deployment experience - AWS/GCP/Azure (we use Azure + IBM Cloud)
Regulated environment background - fintech, financial services, or pharma experience
Startup/scale-up experience - comfortable shipping products autonomously in fast-moving teams
Product collaboration - worked directly with PMs to deliver end-to-end solutions
T-shaped engineer - strong across the full stack with deep expertise in specific areas
Technical leadership - provide direction without needing a formal management title
MongoDB experience - comfortable with document databases (we're planning a relational DB migration in 12-24 months)
