Job description
We're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help build our new platform for financial compliance. You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team that's breaking away from consultancy-era processes and creating something new, modern, intelligent, user-centred software that transforms how firms meet their regulatory obligations.
You'll work across the stack, TypeScript on the backend, React on the frontend, AWS in the cloud, and get hands-on mentorship from engineers with big-tech backgrounds. It's a chance to level up fast while helping to rewrite the future of a legacy industry.
What You'll Do
-
Build and ship new features end-to-end using TypeScript, React, and AWS services.
-
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and compliance experts to turn complex regulation into simple, intuitive tools.
-
Write clean, maintainable code and learn the craft of scalable system design.
-
Contribute ideas that shape the architecture and technical direction of a brand-new product line.
-
Grow your skills in modern engineering practices, from CI/CD to security-aware development.
Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Around 2-3 years' experience building web applications.
-
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
-
Some hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
-
Curiosity, initiative, and a hunger to learn from senior engineers.
-
Bonus: any experience in fintech, regtech, or compliance.
