Job description
As a Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand their needs, define the scope, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their expectations and business objectives. You will also provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices to the team and ensure that the solutions are aligned with the architectural standards and principles. The role requires business and commercial acumen as well as the ability to engage well at all levels of an organisation. The Architect role will work across the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Modern Workplace stacks as well as those from key third-party vendors to play a key role in deploying innovative solutions. The Solution Architect will also be responsible for providing presales support by articulating products and solutions and working with the sales teams to demonstrate and design appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements., * Gather and analyse business requirements
- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform solutions, including data modelling, security, integration, performance, and scalability
- Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform solutions using standard and custom features, workflows, business rules, plugins, web resources, logic apps, custom connectors, and Azure functions
- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies
- Provide technical expertise and support to the development team and resolve complex issues and challenges.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation of the solutions
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define the scope, and deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations
- Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to the clients and the team
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform and related technologies
- Promote the highest level of customer experience to both internal and external customers
- Monitor and improve quality in Dynamics solutions delivered to our customers
- Ensure all projects are in line with TSG project methodology and continue to develop and improve the process
- Be the Technical Design Authority for Microsoft Solutions and maintain Design Guidelines
- Provide presales support by articulating products and solutions and working with the sales teams to demonstrate and design appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements
- Write documentation to high standard
- Keep solutions innovative with new products, technologies and practices
- You will also be expected to carry out any reasonable duties which may be requested from time-to-time
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, * Relevant Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform certifications (Eg. PL-600, MB-240, MB-210, MB-230)
- TOGAF certified would be desirable
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent industry specific experience
- Full driving licence
- Expert understanding Dynamics CE modules; Sales, Customer Services, Field Service, Marketing and Copilot and technically proficient in at least three
- Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies
- Expert in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Azure services
- Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform with other systems and applications using REST APIs, OData, SOAP, and other methods
- Experience in using various tools and frameworks such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, XRMToolBox, and Power Platform Centre of Excellence
- Experience with AI, RPA, and advanced automation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a solution orientated mindset
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Decision making - display a willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgement, including appropriate people in the decision-making process
- Significant experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform solutions
- Strong knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform features, functionalities, and capabilities
