The Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails, Full-stack) will own, build, and iterate high-impact features, while shaping the quality bar across systems, tools, and team practices.

Role Highlights

• Deliver full-stack features end-to-end, from design through deployment
• Write performant, well-tested code across Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and AWS
• Improve engineering velocity by enhancing internal tooling and automation
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems with clarity and speed
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to define impactful solutions

• Advanced experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong grasp of system architecture, performance, and trade-offs
• Confidence in delivering production-level code at pace
• Hands-on experience with AWS, SQL, and cloud-native stacks
• A pragmatic mindset with a bias for action and continuous learning

• £80,000 - £105,000 salary
