The Clinical IT Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for coordinating and executing all activities related to the implementation, configuration, and validation of Beckman Coulter's Clinical IT solutions in customer laboratories.

You will be a part of the Clinical IT Europe team and report to the Clinical IT Manager responsible for coordinating with upstream (the product) and downstream (the go to market) sales, marketing, project management areas and managing post-sales support for the Beckman Coulter Clinical IT portfolio.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Implement and configure the Clinical IT solutions, ensuring that they reflect what is expected in the design phase, within the expected time, specification and with high customer satisfaction.

Ensure careful and accurate control of the project and be accountable for the project's documentation and reporting.

Manage any issues that may arise during the project's implementation and identify the corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline.

Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through the adoption of targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Act as a trusted consultant for the Clinical IT solutions with both customers and internal stakeholders, e.g. Pre-Sales.

Relay customer feedback received according to Beckman Coulter's process.

Share new ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical IT products.
Requirements

Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent or experienced in IT solutions for IVD market ( LIS, Middleware or Automation Systems) from a user, applications or configuration perspective.

Networking, Virtual Environments such as Hyper-V or VMware and Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019 Operating Systems

Laboratory analyzer connectivity and/or HL7, ASTM communication protocols

Excellence at communication with the customer and has a listening, can-do attitude.

Team player with great collaboration skills across own team and stakeholder teams.

Ability to proactively self-organize and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.

Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50%-70% of the time in UK or Europe.
As a plus the candidate will have

Experience in working on a European team would be a plus.

Former experience in managing projects in complex laboratory environments
