Job description
We're a private investment group that acquires and modernises manufacturing companies. As a No Code Developer here, you'll be working on building systems and websites that power these businesses. Right now, we have one no-code expert building everything across our portfolio and we need a skilled, tech-lover to join them.
You'll have the freedom to shape how we build, work directly with decision-makers, and grow your skills in no-code and AI-driven development. One day you might be building an ERP system to track steel inventory for a manufacturing company. The next, you're creating a deal-tracking platform for our acquisition team. The projects are diverse, the pace is relentless, and the impact is immediate. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is deeply passionate about tech and wants to accelerate their expertise in the rapidly evolving no-code and AI landscape while making tangible contributions to MissionX's success from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining websites and internal systems in Bubble.io (a no-code platform that combines design, databases, and logic).
- Working with founders and project leads to turn business needs into smart, functional tools.
- Creating clean, user-friendly interfaces with good UX in mind.
- Integrating APIs and external services to connect data and automate workflows.
- Contributing ideas for improving processes, automation, and how we use AI across our projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in HTML?, * To do this job well, you'll need to have a passion for tech. Maybe you've worked previously as a web designer, a software developer or similar.
- Familiarity with basic front-end programming (HTML and CSS) will benefit you in the role. A background in coding is not necessary (we build in no-code, after all!) - but a coding mindset may give you a headstart.
- No-coding experience in specifically Bubble.io would be a good bonus but is not necessary.
- You need to be passionate about building tech, understanding how things work, implementing pixel perfect designs and systems - all from scratch.
- You absolutely must be a fast learner. We don't have a nine-week training programme. We expect people to figure stuff out quickly and solve problems themselves. This is an environment for problem solvers only.
