Write reliable, well-tested code using unit tests and TDD where it adds value, partnering closely with QA to ensure outstanding quality.
Take advantage of the opportunities to lead product discussions when required, helping to bridge the gap between business and technology for customers.
Be an active voice in agile ceremonies, helping drive continuous improvement and great delivery.
Share your work early through peer reviews and collaborate to refine ideas and catch issues quickly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a full-stack .NET developer, with expertise in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Strong knowledge of a range of frameworks and software design principles, including Entity Framework, modern .NET, and React.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ambition to further progress and develop your development career into product leadership/software architecture.
Demonstrable knowledge of Agile, and experience of working in fast-paced cross-functional development teams.
Highly analytical with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
