As a UX Designer, you'll help shape the experience of our products and services - ensuring every interaction feels intuitive, clear, and on-brand.
You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to refine existing features and design new, meaningful experiences that empower thousands of businesses around the world

What You'll Do
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI mockups in Figma Apply strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills Use and contribute to our Material UI-based design system Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences ️ Translate requirements into validated design deliverables Participate in design critiques, give and receive constructive feedback, Daily design standups + bi-weekly design syncs Opportunity to act as UX Design QA for feature releases Collaboration with product, engineering, data, and CX teams A user-centered, data-driven design culture that values learning and iteration Mentorship & career development opportunities to help you grow

Application Process

- Initial phone screen with our Recruitment Team - we'll get to know you and talk through your experience.
- Practical design interview - you'll complete a short design activity to show how you approach UX problems and communicate your process.

Requirements
You're a motivated, detail-oriented designer who values clarity, empathy, and structure in your work. You balance creativity with logic - and you know that great design isn't just how it looks, it's how it works
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have a design background and a strong portfolio showing UX/UI work
- Are fluent in Figma and familiar with Material Design principles
- Understand core UX fundamentals and love staying ahead of new trends
- Communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira and Agile workflows
- SaaS product design experience (desktop + mobile)
- A Figma portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes
