Requirements

Mandatory Skills: Linux Admin

Experience: 5-8 Years

Experience running and maintaining on-premise data centres
Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu / Centos)
Experience enterprise storage including ISCSI and SAN technology
Prior experience using automation tools (Ansible, Foreman etc)
Knowledge of IP networking, DNS, and firewalling
Experience with Python, shell scripts and command-line tools
Knowledge of containerisation and related orchestration technologies
Demonstrable experience of remediation projects, ideally within a PCI-DSS certified environment.
Strong verbal & written communication skills and natural willingness to collaborate across teams and organisations.
Naturally able & productive with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow etc.

Great to haves:

Good knowledge of the various services and capabilities of cloud computing platforms; Ideally AWS
Hyper-V, Microsoft AD, AAD & VMWare experience
Experience maintaining OpenStack
Experience maintaining build system, source code management, TeamCity and GitLab services
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience
