Head of Sales - Data Centre Lighting

• You will lead the development and delivery of our Go To Market strategy for Data Centres across all UK regions.
• You'll need to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including End Users, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• You can demonstrate high personal motivation to achieve the set targets, understanding their impact on the overall business.
• You will address complex challenges with innovative and actionable solutions that improve processes and outcomes.
• Keep yourself up to date and understand the technological and market trends as well as their implications for the Business.
• You will need to ensure the business is approved and listed on specifications to access Data Centre projects effectively.
• Identify and recommend appropriate conferences, exhibitions and industry events to enhance brand visibility and sector engagement.

• Previous experience working in a similar sales role that is connected within the world of data centres.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Salesforce/Dialux(Relux)/AutoCAD.
• Understanding of DALI/DSI/Bacnet/OPC/Ethernet networks/Building Energy Management Systems is advantageous.
• Ability to manage accounts professionally and build positive relationships with internal and external
• customers
• Good networking skills along with strong commercial awareness
• Good Presentation and Negotiation skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a
