Job description
Working to the SLA's set out you'll be responsible for BAU tasks escalated from the service desk as well as documentation and continual client service, alongside project work with Designs and implementations of systems, contributing to new solutions and taking part in collaborations with other technical teams and clients alike. This role will be based out of the Stoke office but mainly once a Fortnite for meetings of this nature.
