Job description

The focus of this role is to deliver and contribute to the growth of our Business Applications group by helping organizations adopt Microsoft Power Platform at an SME level with a focus on Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents as well as Dynamics 365 and Business Central. Working within a highly progressive and collaborative team consisting of technical and commercial colleagues to deliver services and projects for our clients.

As a 365 Solutions Architect you will play a pivotal role delivering Power Platform and Dynamics 365 projects (CRM and ERP) and driving the success of the capability within Zenzero.

Typical projects and services Include:

  • Designing and developing automated and digital processes using power platform
  • Solve business process challenges through the use of cloud solutions
  • Design and implement new digital pipelines to enable the unification of multiple data sources and build business logic to enable reporting across an organisation
  • Performing maturity assessments across our clients' digital capability, providing guidance on how to better utilise and leverage technology, using your experience and industry best-practices to form recommendations
  • Applying advanced Power Platform techniques to solve complex business challenges and answer questions such as how a client could generate more revenue or how they could increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Dynamics 365 knowledge: : Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customisation, configuration, and extension capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Business Central
  • Power Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages), Power Automate (Flows), and Copilot Studio.
  • Stakeholder and customer management skills.
  • Wider Azure stack, such as LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure DataBricks, Azure DataLakes and DevOps.

Desirable

  • Industry-standard qualifications such as TOGAF Practitioner
  • Understanding of the Success by Design principles
  • C#, Python, SQL, .Net, D365 CRM, CRM Plugins, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, Azure API Management Gateway, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Customer Insights Knowledge of Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Microsoft Solution Architecture of Power Platform
  • Knowledge of best practise in project delivery such as Agile methodology, * Experience in delivering project work to clients
  • Experience of working with clients to build requirements for cloud solutions
  • Experience in working with the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience of working in a collaborative team

Desirable

  • Experience of small - medium enterprise market
  • Experience of scoping cloud solution projects and being able to estimate effort
  • Experience of coaching and/or providing training to colleagues in your field of expertise
