Senior Software Developer

• Planning, mapping, developing and testing software requirements.
• Working on developments required by the business from inception to completion ("Cradle to Grave").
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices and agile principles.
• Document all development changes and produce development guides.
• Review, refactor and optimise existing codebases for performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Maintain and update business documents and templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Management Information (MI) and automation requirements.

Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, * Advanced proficiency in Laravel - PHP and C# / .NET frameworks.

• Strong experience in Visual Studio, API development.
• Expert-level SQL Server skills, including database design, maintenance, complex queries, views, stored procedures, and SSRS reporting.
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP services.
• Skilled in XML / JSON data structures
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead by example and collaborate across multiple departments.
• A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing process or system improvements.

Desirable

• Proclaim Case Management Development not essential, · Minimum 5 years' software development experience

· Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software solutions independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Ability to commute or relocate to Manchester, M2 3NQ before starting work.
