Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Engineer to become the escalation point for a growing technical team and step into leadership responsibilities. You'll play a key role in projects such as office moves, full network builds, and cloud migrations, as well as acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The position sits within the senior leadership team and offers clear progression into an Operations Manager role for someone who demonstrates ownership and leadership capability., * Act as an escalation point for engineers, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance.

• Deliver technical projects including new site setups (firewalls, LAN, VLAN, cabling, virtualisation, cloud).
• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including O365 and SharePoint.
• Configure and support firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless access points.
• Build servers, manage Active Directory, and implement security best practices.
• Develop client relationships and act as a technical account manager, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
• Lead by example with a self-starter approach and contribute to senior-level decision-making.

Sharepoint, Ownership, It Infrastructure, Virtualisation, Security, Servers, All Rounder, * 5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure or MSP environments.

• Strong all-rounder with depth in O365, SharePoint, networking, and security.
• Track record of delivering projects and building networks/systems from the ground up.
• Broad knowledge of virtualisation, servers, and endpoint security.
• Proven self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in autonomous environments.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Within 50 minutes of Wimbledon (driving not required)
