Job Description: Your Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of project portfolio management and project management stakeholders. Collaborate with the Data Team to understand and optimize the data model of key source systems. Assist the team with requirements analysis, creating technical specifications and feasibility assessments. Support maintaining the backlog of reporting requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of priority needs and addressing stakeholder concerns. Help PO to prioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and resource availability. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide status updates on ongoing projects and deliverables. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency in all reports and dashboards. recommending best practices for requirement implementation. Actively participate in scrum ceremonies. Provide Level 1 support for PBI reports within the PPM workspace. Act as Single Point of contact for the PMO team for the Reporting and support. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience working with Power BI in a business intelligence or data analytics role. Certification in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or similar Strong experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and SQL Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles and practices. Experience with data modeling and integrating data from various systems. Experience in managing requirements backlogs and working with Confluence/Jira and collaborate with Scrum Teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and experience prioritizing competing requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
