Senior Lead Developer

Build industry-leading tech, drive AI innovation, mentor engineers, and influence the direction of a rapidly growing healthcare group

Strong backend skills: Python, FastAPI

Frontend expertise: Next.js, React, TypeScript

Solid understanding of MySQL/Postgres, REST/GraphQL APIs, data pipelines

Leadership or senior engineering experience (mentoring, code review, ownership)

Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and building scalable systems

Excellent communication and architectural decision-making skills

Leading the development of scalable backend systems and modern frontend applications

Setting engineering standards, architecture, and best practices across teams

Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and data

Mentoring and growing a strong team of engineers

Ensuring performance, security, and maintainability across platforms

Driving CI/CD, automated testing, and modern workflows

Making strategic technical decisions and evaluating new tools/technologies
