Zscaler + Fortinet firewall support Consultant

Required Skills: 8 to 12 years of experience in implementation / support / rollout projects, Experience in handling security incidents and escalating issues as needed. Familiarity with VPN technologies and SSL/TLS protocols. Strong knowledge of Zscaler's cloud security platform, including ZIA and ZPA functionalities. In-depth understanding of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and related technologies. Solid grasp of network protocols, security concepts, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving network and security issues. Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and capable of planning self-work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
