We're looking for a Secured Network Services Engineer to help shape the future of our enterprise network-someone who brings technical excellence and a commitment to safeguarding systems that support thousands of users. What You'll Do: As an SNS Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing secure network solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. You'll collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, compliant, and future-ready. Your Core Responsibilities: Design, Improve, and Innovate Implement new technologies and enhance existing ones based on architectural guidance. Recommend scalable, secure solutions for infrastructure upgrades and modernization. Work with switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, SDN fabrics, load balancers, NAC servers, and cloud networking tools. Ensure high performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness in all network designs. Monitor, Document, and Support Provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents and escalations. Maintain clear documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio. Participate in on-call rotations and uphold service level agreements. Strengthen our security posture in line with regulatory standards (PCIDSS, PII, CIS, NIST). Collaborate and Coach Lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge-sharing. Build strong relationships across departments to deliver impactful solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field. CCNA Routing & Switching certification. 3+ years of experience in network or information security. 3-5 years designing and implementing enterprise networks (10,000+ users). Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (Layer2 LAN, high availability, routing protocols). Experience with Cisco DNA Centre, SDWAN, and wireless technologies. Preferred Skills: Certifications: Arista ACE L3, CCNP, PCNSE, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, VPNs, NAC solutions, and Infoblox. Familiarity with cloud networking and automation (Python, Ansible). Understanding of network security, performance optimization, and monitoring platforms (SevOne, SolarWinds, DataDog, Splunk).
