Senior IT Consultant

We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Consultant to join our Service Delivery team responsible for providing outsourced IT support. This role is critical to deliver the effective and continuous provision of support to a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for resolving technically challenging, time sensitive, and high priority tickets in accordance with our agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Do you have experience in Sonicwall?, As a Senior Consultant, you will already have experience managing complex environments and you will specialise in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies. From a day-to-day service perspective, you'll have a deep understanding administering Office 365, Azure, MFA, and Windows Server (including AD, Exchange, and SQL). You will preferably be confident using ticketing systems, firewall management (SonicWall, Ubiquiti), Wi-Fi support, and have a solid grasp of networking fundamentals.

As a senior team member, you may also lead project delivery. This requires both technical proficiency and strong business acumen, including the ability to independently scope, plan, and execute end-to-end migrations across Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and on-premises environments. You'll also be expected to engage effectively with third-party vendors and clients to ensure smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
