Are you a seasoned backend engineer with a passion for building scalable APIs and robust backend systems? We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our development team and help shape the future of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality APIs and backend services
- Architect scalable software solutions and contribute to system design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across systems
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in backemnd or fullstack software development
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Bash
- Deep understanding of API technologies (REST, GraphQL, XML-RPC)
- Experience connecting UI frameworks to backend systems
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, jQuery)
- Familiarity with Linux systems, virtualization, and networking
- System programming experience in C
