We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract basis. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex Salesforce projects that drive digital transformation for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The role requires active SC clearance and is inside IR35, working through an umbrella company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements and enhance user experience., * Lead development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, writing and optimizing Apex code, and creating intuitive Visualforce pages.

• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.
• Develop accessible portals that comply with WCAG 2.2 standards, enhancing user experience for diverse audiences.
• Utilize declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder to automate business processes efficiently.
• Mentor junior team members, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong focus on Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and cloud-based solutions.
• Certifications : Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce App Builder.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience building WCAG 2.2-compliant portals, integrating via REST and SOAP APIs, and utilizing declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
