Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, innovative Applications Team Lead with extensive experience of configuring and developing clinical systems in a healthcare setting and strong leadership skills to join our team. The post holder will be leading on the maintenance and development of the Trust's community Electronic Patient Record, so would ideally have experience configuring TPP SystmOne. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day line management and performance of the Application Analysts within the community workstream of the Enterprise and Clinical Applications Team, leading on the day to day running of the system, as well as analysing and interpreting current clinical workflows and designing solutions utilising the clinical system's advanced functionality. Please note: this role is office based at the Clinical Sciences Building (Salford Royal Hospital) with occasional requirements to visit the main hospitals or community sites., This is a key role in the configuration of the Trust's clinical applications. The emphasis will be to take a creative and visionary approach to the design and build of the clinical application, using a core configuration tools (SQL, C# or SSRS skills are not required)., As a large NHS trust we are committed to enhancing the health of our local population by delivering consistently high standards of care and working closely with local authorities and key partners. An important aspect of the role includes the analysis and interpretation of current work flows and practices, working in partnership with clinical services. You will be self-directed, tenacious, yet able to work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team with a flexible approach.
