Netsuite Implementation Consultant

You'll be joining at project initiation, helping to define, configure and optimise NetSuite to meet the needs of a complex, international business. The key focus will be driving engagement with the business finance team and bridging the gap between business processes and system design. You'll take ownership of:

• Building and validating test cases, UAT, and configuration.
• Managing localisation, data validation, and approval workflows.
• Supporting the design of Chart of Accounts (COA) and process flows.
• Coordinating across departments to translate business requirements into technical delivery.
• Guiding internal teams and accelerating implementation milestones.

You'll be a seasoned NetSuite professional who can balance technical understanding with commercial awareness. You'll need to be confident operating independently, comfortable engaging across finance and operational functions, and able to bring clarity where structure is still forming. Essential experience includes:

• Proven track record in end-to-end NetSuite implementation (preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and configuration.(ideally accountancy background)
• Experience working with multi-country implementations and localisation.
• Ability to manage stakeholders remotely across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate business needs into actionable system requirements.
