  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Architects to ensure all developments align with overall business and IT strategies.
  • Create functional specifications, code and configure solutions, conduct unit testing, and produce clear technical documentation.
  • Collaborate to deliver systems that support business and operational plans.
  • Engage proactively with colleagues to gather and analyse business requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in systems development using one or more languages: SQL, .NET, Java, C#, Python, HTML, XML, C++, PHP, etc.
  • Broad understanding of technology solutions such as ERP, CRM, ESB, Azure, Cloud, AI, IoT, and RPA.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, DevOps, etc.) and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Experience in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, system design, coding, unit testing, and deployment.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, SQL Server (including SSIS/SSRS), and Azure is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and platforms., * Degree in IT or STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications or demonstrable experience in Microsoft D365 CRM, Azure Integration Services, NEC Housing/Asset, or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
