Full Stack React Developer with Python

We are are looking for a talented Front-End React Developer to join the AI-driven Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) Transformation initiative. This platform will leverage AI and automation to simplify and accelerate software delivery, reducing manual effort and shifting key engineering activities left in the lifecycle. The role focuses on building a modern, high-performance front-end in React, working closely with designers and back-end engineers to create a seamless, intelligent user experience. Exposure to Python back-end services is important, as much of the platform's intelligence will be delivered through Python-based AI and orchestration components., * Develop and maintain responsive, modular, and performant React applications for the SDLC platform.

• Work closely with the UX/UI Design Lead to translate Figma designs and wireframes into elegant, maintainable code.
• Integrate with Python-based servcies to surface AI-driven insights and automation actions in the UI.
• Build reusable components and libraries to accelerate front-end development and ensure consistency.
• Ensure code quality, accessibility, and performance, using modern testing and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and DevOps to align front-end features with user and system needs.
• Contribute to overall architecture and design decisions, especially around data visualisation, dashboarding, and real-time feedback loops., * A fluid, modern front-end that makes AI-driven SDLC automation accessible and intuitive to engineers.
• Tight collaboration across UX, AI, and engineering teams to deliver a cohesive and high-impact product.
• Stable, maintainable, and scalable code that forms the foundation of next-gen engineering experience.

Do you have experience in SDLC?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 4-7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development using React.js.

• Experience working with Python frameworks for back-end integration or service orchestration.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience in enterprise-grade environments, ideally within DevOps, engineering tools, or AI-driven platforms.
• Strong commitment to clean code, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-moving agile team.
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership, identifies work independently, and drives progress without waiting for direction.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to GenAI / LLM API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Understanding of software delivery pipelines or SDLC tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Jira, etc.).
