- Routine system administration (E), As an IT Support Technician for IPRS Group, you will be responsible for IT Support across the IPRS Group including:
- Provide IT Support to end users across all businesses
- Completing allocated tasks to a high standard
- Answering inbound calls, recording IT issue requests within a task, with desired outcome and time taken
- Handling of new hardware requests, including ordering, setup and distribution
- Completing assigned project work to a high standard as prescribed by the IT Manager
- Monitoring of Desktops, Servers and Networks
Requirements
System Administration, Ict, Servers, Linux Distributions, 3Cx, Microsoft Office, English, Active Directory, D, Windows Server, Mcsa, File Servers, System Monitoring, * A minimum of 1-2-years IT experience (E)
- Experience of using various Microsoft programs (E)
- Experience of using IT technologies:
- Clients; Windows 10/11, Desktop, Laptop, Mobile Phones and tablets (E)
- Servers: Windows Server, Linux Distributions, Azure Cloud, 365, Exchange, Entra, Intune portals (E)
- Knowledge of 3CX Admin Console (D)
- Apple Business Manager Portal for Iphone Setup (D)
- Domain: Active Directory, Group Policies and File Servers (E)
- Security/Networks: Anti-Virus, Backups, Firewalls, Routers, VPN, Telephony (3CX) (D), Qualifications: (E) Essential (D) Desirable
- GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent or
- 6 GCSE/O level passes Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including English and Math
- Recognized ICT qualifications (D):
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Security+
- MCSE: Server Infrastructure
- MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure
- MCSA: Windows 7/8/10/11
- Full UK Driving License (E)
- Ability to pass DBS Checks (E, Qualifications: (E) Essential (D) Desirable
- GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent or
- 6 GCSE/O level passes Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including English and Math
- Recognized ICT qualifications (D):
