SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide analytics solutions within a fast-paced transformation program. This role is instrumental in enabling actionable insights across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Travel & Expense functions, ensuring seamless integration between SAC, Datasphere, S/4HANA, Azure-based services, and other enterprise systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Delivery

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and planning requirements.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, analytical stories, and planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Architect scalable and high-performance data models, semantic layers, and views within SAP Datasphere.

Integration & Architecture

• Ensure smooth and reliable integration with S/4HANA across Finance, Procurement, HCM, and Travel domains.
• Define integration patterns and data pipelines across SAP and non-SAP systems, including Azure Fabric.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization to support enterprise reporting needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with functional leads, data owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, solution architectures, and design documents.

Technical Leadership

• Provide hands-on guidance in data modeling, governance, and performance optimization within Datasphere.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across analytics platforms.
• Support development teams by reviewing designs, advising on best practices, and enabling high-quality delivery.

Program Execution

• Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Identify solution risks, dependencies, and constraints and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Support testing cycles, cutover activities, and deployment planning for analytics components.

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA data structures, especially within Finance, Procurement, HCM, and Travel Management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure-based integration services, cloud data lakes, and modern data engineering patterns.
• Expertise in semantic modeling, data virtualization, real-time integration, and analytical design.
• Ability to engage with end users to gather requirements and deliver impactful dashboards and insights.
• Familiarity with Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur data models and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions in agile, fast-paced, and budget-constrained environments., * SAP certifications in SAC and/or SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Previous experience in large-scale SAP transformation or global ERP programs.
