Data & Insights Manager

We are seeking a Data & Insights Manager to lead the organisation's data analytics and insights function. You will turn complex datasets into actionable intelligence, inform strategic decision-making, and help measure and improve performance across operations., * Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualisations for stakeholders across the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain robust data governance and quality assurance processes.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis.
• Support senior leadership with evidence-based recommendations to improve services and outcomes.
• Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Proven experience in data analytics, insights, or business intelligence, preferably within public sector or regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent understanding of data governance, quality, and management principles.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing a small team is desirable.
