Head of Information Technology Operations

• Take operational ownership of IT services, ensuring continuity, reliability, and strong performance.
• Act as second-in-command to the Head of IT & Data, representing them as needed in meetings and decision-making.
• Guide teams responsible for infrastructure, service delivery, and data governance (around 40 people, including direct reports).
• Manage BAU activity and smaller non-CRM projects to maintain business performance.
• Drive improvement through automation, better tooling, and process optimisation.
• Support financial and resource planning across IT and Data teams.
• Champion compliance, security, and governance best practices.
• Promote a positive team culture built around collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

• A seasoned IT operations or infrastructure leader with experience in complex environments.
• Comfortable deputising for a senior IT leader, maintaining momentum at both operational and strategic levels.
• Excellent at delivery, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Confident managing mixed technical and data-focused teams.
• Educated to degree level, with relevant technical or management qualifications (postgrad desirable).
