Now, we're looking for a passionate Infrastructure Engineer to join our forward-thinking Technology team. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the business technology related hardware and software issues.
What will you do?
- Provide 2nd line technical support to our business users.
- New laptop/PC builds and rebuilds.
- Maintain our M365 estate, Azure Active Directory, Windows Servers, and VMware ESXI environments.
- Play a supporting role in designing and implementing resilient, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
- Support business continuity and security plans while exploring emerging technologies like AI tools.
- Assist in implementation of new or amended technical infrastructures with minimal disruption
- Participate in the OOH's on Call Rota 1 week in every 3.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in VMware?, * Strong experience with Microsoft Client & Server OS, and VMware ESXI.
- Experience of M365/Intune management.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving license (occasional travel to Nottingham).
