We have several exciting opportunities for Systems Engineers across all technical levels, with our client, a reputable company with a confirmed project pipeline in the Defence sector. These roles focus on Engineering Systems, working on the design, integration, and delivery of complex defence products.

We are recruiting for:

• Systems Engineers (All Levels)
• Senior Systems Engineers
• Principal / Lead Systems Engineers
• Systems Engineering Managers / Technical Leads - leading teams, projects, and full lifecycle delivery., Are you a Systems Engineer with experience in one or more the following skills, we want to hear from you!
• Systems Design & Architecture - Ability to design, model, and integrate complex systems.
• Requirements Analysis - Capturing, analyzing, and validating system requirements.
• System Integration - Integrating hardware, software, and network components effectively.
• Configuration Management - Managing versions and documentation of system components.
• Testing & Validation - Planning and performing system tests, verification, and validation.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently.
• Modelling & Simulation - Using tools like MATLAB, Simulink, SysML, or other simulation platforms.
• Software Skills - Familiarity with software used in systems engineering (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, DOORS, Enterprise Architect).
• Networking & Communication Systems - Understanding of protocols, data flow, and integration.
• Safety & Risk Assessment - Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., ISO, IEC) and risk mitigation strategies.
• Project Lifecycle Management - Knowledge of full system lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Documentation & Reporting - Preparing system specifications, design documents, and technical reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience leading design reviews, progressing risks/issues, and reporting into programme leadership
• Experience delivering engineering outputs to time, cost, and quality

• Experience in the Defence sector, or related safety-critical industries (e.g. Aerospace, Space, Automotive, Rail, Nuclear, Maritime, automotive)..
