You'll help us scale-up and build a world class money transfer product by finding solutions to our technical challenges and opportunities You will be central to unifying hundreds of complex, unique payment schemes and bank integrations into a single, compliant, and highly efficient platform. The primary responsibilities include managing integration complexity, ensuring continuous regulatory compliance, and maintaining high transaction speed and scalability to support Wise's growth. You will take part in on-call activities and you will be a key influencer who harmonises complex, conflicting requirements

What does it take: A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, you prioritise work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points Great communication skills to drive cross team projects The ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audience You enjoy writing testable, easy to extend, high-quality code You have solid Java 21 plus knowledge, experience with Spring framework and microservice best practices Advocate for best coding practices, code reviews and open feedback Experience Distributed and Concurrent Systems Hands on knowledge of microservice architecture patterns Experience working with relational databases, messaging queues and designing schemas Additional Information Interested?
