Full-Stack Web Developer (Next.js & Sanity CMS)

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Next.js and Sanity CMS to lead our company website redevelopment. You will take ownership of migrating our existing Webflow site to a modern, high-performing stack built on Next.js, Sanity., * Lead the transition and migration (+500 pages) of the current website from Webflow to Sanity and Next.js

• Design and implement a fully integrated content architecture using Sanity CMS
• Set up and maintain hosting
• Implement 301 redirects and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver new features and improve UX/UI
• Ensure site performance, reliability, and scalability through best development practices (SEMrush, Google Search Console, Lighthouse)
• Implement integrations (e.g., analytics, HubSpot APIs, BambooHR, other 3rd party software)
• Provide documentation and support to maintain content workflows and site updates

• Proven experience developing full-stack web applications using Next.js and Sanity CMS
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.js ecosystems
• Strong understanding of server-side rendering and API integrations
• Experience deploying and optimizing applications on Vercel
• Familiarity with front-end styling frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar)
• Good understanding of SEO principles, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable driving projects forward and taking the ownership
