Job description
As a Solutions Architect focused on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) , you will be the go-to technical expert responsible for defining, optimizing, and guiding our ERP architecture. You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external ISVs to deliver integrated, scalable, secure, and forward-thinking solutions that power critical business processes and support WD-40's global growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Shape the future of WD-40's ERP ecosystem , designing scalable and secure architecture that meets business needs and embraces the full power of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Serve as the bridge between business vision and technical execution , aligning D365 platform capabilities with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end architectural planning , including data flow, integrations (Salesforce, Atlas, etc.), and system connectivity.
- Partner with functional experts, developers, and business leaders to analyze requirements and guide solution design.
- Guide integration of third-party ISVs, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, including code reviews, design standards, and governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new features and managing platform upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, acting as the highest-level escalation point across systems.
- Champion best practices in system performance, security, and compliance.

This is a remote role with an opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the UK and should not require visa sponsorship now or in the future to legally work in the United Kingdom., * 15+ years of progressive experience in ERP architecture, design, development, and optimization.
- 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including ISV integrations and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Solid understanding of multi-system data flows in complex, global environments.
- Proven success translating business requirements into technical strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- A builder's mindset : strategic, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
