Job description
You'll be joining a passionate, professional and highly skilled team of architects and engineers who specialise in building and integrating systems at enterprise scale. We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Architect to deliver some of the largest, complex and most innovative enterprise Digital projects.
The focus of your role
You will take on an Integration Architect role to support our Azure integration implementations, including hybrid integration solutions for cloud and on-premise systems integration. Additionally, the role may encompass playing integration lead for distributed delivery across onshore-offshore model.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:

- Work as the Integration Technology Architect on the adoption of Hybrid Integration or an iPaaS solutions with a particular focus on Azure platform using Azure Integration Services.
- To be responsible for the definition and delivery of the Integration Technology aspects of the projects, to include timely production of architectural designs and documentation
- You will have the opportunity to work with Azure and also our wider Capgemini teams on large programs that includes multiple technology streams and complex architecture
- Collaborate with offshore development teams
- Responsible for providing estimation to design, build and deliver Integration services
- To participate in a Technical Design Authority to assess and quantify the risks associated with design decisions and communicate these to relevant parties
- You may be required to support the business development activities for Integration technology; shape and design Integration architecture for proposals; attending client meetings with the sales team

Requirements
Do you have experience in Microservices?, Experience and a proven track record of implementing Integration projects using Azure Integration Services that includes Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions and Event Grid and Integration On-Premises and SaaS Thoughtful leadership in AI to incorporate more efficient ways of working using GenAI and Agentic Agents using MCP and A2A. Working knowledge and experience in Azure DevOps and CICD to deploy Azure Integration services Architectural knowledge with good understanding of Integration Patterns, Hybrid Integration and Microservice architecture Strong communication skills and experience with Distributed Delivery experience (Off-Shore / On-Shore project delivery)ery) We are a Disability Confident Employer
