Requirements
- 8-15 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud (Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM etc.).
- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices.
- Experience working in Banking or Financial Services is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder interaction, and problem-solving skills.
- Must demonstrate the right attitude, proactiveness, and accountability-highly valued by the client.
