- Proven ability to manage or mentor a small team
- Familiarity with general lab test equipment and data analysis tools, * Degree-qualified in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent
- Understanding of electronics technologies and integration methods
- Practical problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

£50-65k per year plus company bonus up to £2,500
What you will be doing

Lead day-to-day functional integration and system verification for missile or munition equipment

Plan and conduct integration and compatibility proving activities

Collaborate with multiple project stakeholders to achieve design verification and evidence
