Location : We operate a hybrid working model, typically combining office and remote work, but remain flexible to suit individual and role needs. Our teams are based across the UK, and we welcome applications from talented individuals regardless of location, provided they can attend in-person meetings when needed. Some roles may also require occasional travel to client sites, and we support our people to make these arrangements smoothly.

Description of role
Role responsibilities include engaging in workshops, analysing change impacts, coordinating with client SMEs and technology vendors, and driving change initiatives to deliver measurable benefits.
Responsibilities
- Attend multiple workshops in a day and capture change impacts across user groups using Change Impact Analysis templates
- Liaise with client Subject Matter Experts and technology vendors to clarify change impacts between workshops
- Identify the most appropriate change initiatives and own the design and delivery of those actions
- Present key change impacts to the Change team and business stakeholders
- Track the benefits for the client and set up the client for continuous improvement
- Manage and deliver high-quality content regularly (e.g., newsletters, videos, PowerPoint briefing packs)
- Run practical Change and engagement workshops and create all necessary pre-reading and workshop material
- Utilise Veran's Change templates and toolkit to accelerate production of Change and Training material
- Be part of an internal professional change community, add value, and invest in development
Requirements
- Client-facing engagement experience with demonstrated communications, engagement, development and planning outcomes
- Experience on 1+ HR and / or Finance Technology / Transformation project
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering Change Management activities for HR and / or Finance cloud systems (ideally Oracle Cloud, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors)
- Very organised, able to work autonomously and at speed
- Ability to listen to complex discussions and deduce final design and change impacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience creating videos or ability to learn quickly
- Able to simplify and succinctly present complex ideas
